Hi Kiran,

I executed the process by following the steps given and could see the error on packaging slip as mentioned.

IMO we should refer the use case here. For drop ship purchase order shipment creating packages is required or not. As no packages were created for the shipment, packaging slip is saying no packages found for this shipment. 

Yes we can surely mention it better on packaging slip, messaging can be corrected/updated if the process is working as expected. Instead of labeling it as an error. 

Lets finalize if it needs to be addressed or not. Please put your ideas and help concluding this issue.
