there is a not configurable url in "File - Templates and Documents" dialog:

templwin.cxx: template url should be configurable
maybe this can be fixed too

fixed and links changed to
...templates.jsp?cid=926383& -> templates.services.openoffice.org
...extensions.jsp?cid=920794& -> extensions.services.openoffice.org
homepage.jsp?lang=en-US -> www.openoffice.org
The first 2 links will be changed to the shorter version as soon as the shorter
version templates|extensions.openoffice.org are available
