I am not hte person that originally submitted this bug, but i had the *EXACT* 
same problem

by sheer coincidence i had the .msi file on my f drive, and it wouldnt install
i copied it to the c drive like the guy in the bug said, and it worked 
perfectly too

my f drive is a partition of my raid drive, running windows xp64
the 'exact' problem was that it would get to the part where it would start 
copying files and then say like hey wheres the file, ensure that it still 
exists and u have access to it.
