How can one change apaches Catalina start home
Hello,
As explained in nutch installation, one need to start Catalina from ./db and ./segment location.
I am trying to run Catalina from my development env.
Has anyone tried changing Catalina start folder through environment parameters ?
I checked CATALINA_HOME and CATALINA_BASE that didn't work.
Regards
Chetan

Hello,
I am starting tomcat (Catalina) from Eclipse IDE. I set the home dir for
it by passing a foolowing VM option
-Dcatalina.home="<path to catalina home>"
Hope that helps.

When you use a absolute path in the nutch-default.xml you can start
your tomcat from where ever you wish.
