We have just set up a new Apache file mirror updated bi-hourly with the following details:

URL: http://apache.mirror.infiniteconflict.com 
Location: Maidenhead, UK
Contact: admin@infiniteconflict.com
Updated: Every 2 hours
Repository: rsync.eu.apache.org
Available Bandwidth: 100mbps (Though we would prefer it if total transfer was not more than 2TB per month)
I have configured my HTTP server as requested: YES
 I have subscribed to the mirror maintainers mailing list: YES
