+由于在 IO 线程后的事件如果不启用新的 IO 线程， 逻辑能够快速完成, 那么事件应该在IO 线程上完成，这样能减少线程池的调度，会在 IO 上速度更快。 所以在反序列化时提供了在 IO 线程内或者在业务线程内进行的两种方式。

+Decode in IO 
++ true 标识着在 IO 线程内完成解码， 在这种情况下，线程池的调度会减少， 部分运算资源会被释放（缺省）
++ false 标识这不在 IO 线程内完成解码， 业务线程需要自行解码。 如果反序列化时间较长，在 IO 线程内完成解码则会导致 IO 线程被长时间阻塞， 此时应当选择在 IO 线程外进行反序列化
