I've just discovered that there are two misplaced mailboxes under public-arch:
MINO juneau.apache.org : ls -l /home/apmail/public-arch/juneau.apache.org
total 103
-rw-r--r-- 1 apmail mail 83518 Jun 30 19:29 201606.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 apmail mail 12020 Jul 1 02:02 201607
drwxr-xr-x 2 apmail mail 6 Sep 10 20:15 commits
drwxr-xr-x 2 apmail mail 7 Sep 9 18:42 dev
201606.gz contains messages 1 thru 61 from juneau-dev
201607 contains messages 62 and 63 from juneau-dev
These mailboxes should be under the dev/ directory.
However there is already a mailbox dev/201607.gz
This contains messages 81-178 (I've not checked if there are any gaps)
Ideally the missing messages 64-80 need to be found before merging into 201607
