Latest Joomla Plugin?

Hello...

Is it possible that the Joomla! 3.x plugin for OpenMeetings 3.x is only 
a commercial version?  If there is an open source download for J! 3.x, 
can someone please forward that link?

I would be willing to work with a team to forward the project.

Hello Scott,

Unfortunately we have no opensource version of Joomla plugin. (we need some
funds for further development)
