Is it possible to change the default csv save delimiters? I would like to
use different delimiters when saving as an .csv file. I know I can specify
them manually but would like them to be used by default, for example the ^
for field and the ~ for text delimiter. Mainly so my user's don't have to
remember to use the correct ones.

default values do not change
Can eat other decision?
or documentation?
or communication with the developer of the "importer" function?
