Hi, 
we at Apache Zeppelin (incubating) need to clean [Travis CI cache](https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/caching/#Clearing-Caches) for https://travis-ci.org/apache/incubator-zeppelin

I tried following the instructions from above, but it looks like it's not accessible for my account (Github @bzz).
Could you do that for us please, or if possible, just grant me the right to do so myself, not to bother INFRA next time we mess it up?
