   ### Description
   
   - Alibaba Cloud EMR is an all-in-one enterprise-ready big data platform that provides cluster, job, and data management services based on open-source ecosystems, such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink, and Storm.
   - We need to add support for [Alibaba-Cloud EMR](https://www.alibabacloud.com/product/emapreduce) cluster template so that users could use Dolphin Scheduler to create / tear down EMR cluster automatically.
   
   
   ### Use case
   
   - With this feature, EMR cluster can be created when needed and torn down immediately after jobs on EMR completed so that user can save money cost by EMR machines.

   There is no `step functions` for Alibaba Cloud EMR platform at this moment. Therefore, I'm going to close this issue. If `step functions` is supported in the future, I will reopen this issue.
