I updated all docs/example/fo, docs/xml-docs and docs/examples/pagination files to conform to the dtd as provided by Nikolai Grigoriev. I haven't touched the svg examples because of the different namespaces. Validating against a xsl:fo dtd could be a nice feature for fop. Fotis
