[jira] [Commented] (GUACAMOLE-905) Audio input broken on Chrome
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-905?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17004329#comment-17004329 ]
Mike Jumper commented on GUACAMOLE-905:
---------------------------------------
It doesn't appear entirely broken per se, but it does fail to capture until at least one sound is played. That is indeed due to the audio context being paused by default, with the context being implicitly resumed when playback starts. The recorder code should probably be updated to explicitly resume.

> It looks like by default audio input cannot work on Chrome due to https://developers.google.com/web/updates/2017/09/autoplay-policy-changes#webaudio.
