Verified the specified commit (commit 0205c16defe15a8a390296aff34ccc8f745f50d8) is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.

Verified, via review, change identified in the commit comment were implemented. 

Verified the affected daffodil subprojects sbt test suites executed successfully, including the modified test (test_unused_path_no_context_01).

Rolled commit back to pre-fix commit, copied updated tdml and xsd files from fix-commit to the appropriate location and verified the modified test (test_unused_path_no_context_01) fails with "Invariant broken. Element doesn't have compile info" error.
