## Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe
Problem: Manual LICENSE additions to auto-generated files cause persistent git status changes (false positives) after generate.
Affected files: docs/docs.go, internal/service/mock/siteinfo_repo_mock.go, docs/swagger.yaml, cmd/wire_gen.go
## Describe the solution you'd like
Add files to .gitignore (exclude from version control)
## Describe alternatives you've considered
Remove LICENSE logic from generators
or
Add cmd/cleangen to auto-clean generated file modifications

After running `make generate`, we usually format the project contents with `make lint` before committing them together to ensure consistent formatting in every commit. The command `make lint` will format ASF header.

The license information was indeed generated. My apologies—I reviewed this section of the code but failed to notice it had this functionality.
