[CANCELLED][VOTE] UIMA uimaFIT 3.3.0 RC-1

Hi all,

sorry, we have to cancel this RC. There are problems with running some tests on Windows machines.
The good news is: I've taken this opportunity to finally look into converting the Jenkins builds
to matrix builds running in parallel on Windows and Ubuntu nodes.

I hope I can stage a new RC soon.
