None that I am aware of. I just tried the links a few moments ago and
was able to view them fine. Anybody should be able to view the pages. To
edit does require that you have an account on the wiki and are logged
in. If you still have problems let me know.

Sorry for the lag in getting back to you on this. There is a Migration
Guide on the wiki at
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/UserGuide/Migration_Guide. It
is fairly old an could use a lot of updating.

There is also a skeleton outline for a new version of it at
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Migration_Guide_ALV2.

The Administration Guide at
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Administration_Guide. It
also is fairly outdated and could use some updating

Take a look at the above and see if you are interested in working on
these. This list is the main communication vehicle for User and
developer oriented documentation.
