HiveUnit or Assert UDF

I was kicking this around before but creating the .q and .q.out files
can be a pain sometimes


I am working on some UDFs.

udf_pi.q

select PI() from src limit 1;
--------------------

Afterwords I have to manually review the .Q files.

It would be nice to have something like this...

select assertEquals(PI(),3.14159) from src limit 1;

The assert would throw HiveExceptions rather then returning int
status. Anyone have similar ideas.?
