AspectJ plugin moved

Howdy,

The aspectj plugin has now been moved to the maven-plugins module:

http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs.cgi/maven-plugins/

Vincent, feel free to hack away! The only thing I would suggest is
possibly trying to make the plugins self-contained and removing the
<extend> element so each plugin really can live a life of its own.

Vincent if you can co the maven-plugins module and just verify that
everything is cool then I will 'cvs remove' the existing plugin sources
from the maven module.
