Henk Penning commented on INFRA-2395:
-------------------------------------
Hi,
Thanks for your support.
Recently we (apache.org) had to block 195.130.120.38
from using rsync because of this host rsyncs far too much.
See
http://people.apache.org/~henkp/rstats/aurora/month.html
http://people.apache.org/~henkp/rstats/eos/month.html
It appears your cronjob is bad : you rsync every minute
for hours each day.
At the moment I don't see rsync connects from 195.130.120.38.
Also, your mirror was removed from the list on
May 13 16:19:22 UTC 2009 because your mirror
was out-of-date ; we sent at least 4 alerts to
kargig@noc.uoi.gr, but there was no response.
Looking at your mirror, it appears your mirror hasn't
FoldersFirst in the webserver config ; see
http://www.apache.org/info/how-to-mirror.html
Considering this info, I have to ask : are your serious
about maintaining an apache mirror ?
Regards,
Henk Penning
