Burn found a bug - the parent pom had a spec for version 6-SNAPSHOT of the
uima-resource plugin - this was an "automatic" change that the release plugin
did when we released the previous version.

I'll fix and resubmit.

Didn't fail on my testing because my test machine happened to have the version
of the plugin in my .m2....
