This patch includes:
- validation checks around update and delete of relationshipDefs, including checking that entityDefs fail to delete when they have RelationshipDefs.
- ensure that edges are created between the entityDefs and the relationshipDefs; this allows entityDef delete to check the edges to see if there are any associated relalationshipDefs
