   ## Summary
   - Set `StorageBackend.COUCHSTORE` when creating test buckets in `CamelSinkCouchbaseITCase`
   - Couchbase 8.0.0 changed the default storage backend from CouchStore to Magma, which breaks bucket creation without an explicit backend
   
   ## Context
   The `camel-test-infra-couchbase` dependency was updated to use Couchbase Server 8.0.0 (apache/camel@674593c4d55). Camel fixed its own tests in apache/camel@b8507137f47 but `CamelSinkCouchbaseITCase` needs the same fix.
   
   ## Test plan
   - [ ] CI passes with Couchbase 8.0.0 container
