[Issue 127914] New: Pasting transposed cells cut from the same
spreadsheet causes unexpected formula changes at other locations that should
not be affected
https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=127914
Issue ID: 127914
Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Pasting transposed cells cut from the same spreadsheet
causes unexpected formula changes at other locations
that should not be affected
Product: Calc
Version: 4.1.5
Hardware: PC
OS: Windows 7
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 (lowest)
Component: editing
Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
Reporter: wirth@chondrometrics.de
Target Milestone: ---
Created attachment 86527

Spreadsheet showing the cut & paste bug
Cutting the cell range A12:K13 and inserting the transposed cells to the range
A12:B22 alters the formulas in the cells A3:B3 and A8:B8 that calculated the
difference of completely unrelated cells. This behavior is unexpected as it
alters parts of the spreadsheet that should remain unchanged by the cut & paste
operation. The same problem exists for other cell ranges too (as shown in
attached file)
The attached file explains the cells that need to be cut and pasted with the
"Transpose" option marked to reproduce the effect.
The error was observed first in an earlier version on Linux but also affects
the current 4.1.5 version on Win 7 x64 (AOO415m1(Build:9789) - Rev. 1817496
