1.3.17... "soon"

So far, 1.3.17 has been given a clean bill of health... I'll wait
a bit longer, to account for the weekend (and to grab some sleep...
Yeah Ravens! :) ) and will announce a bit later.

Please do... the .msi package should be done around noon PST, but 
I'd like to invite some folks to 'test drive' it before we release
that binary.  Say we announce tonight about 6pm PST?

Sorry, now 2.0 has distracted me from 1.3.17.  But my reports on
the 1.3.17 .zip package are all good so far :-)
