[jira] Created: (AXIS-1692) .cvsignore should contain build.properties

.cvsignore should contain build.properties
------------------------------------------

         Key: AXIS-1692
         URL: http://nagoya.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS-1692
     Project: Axis
        Type: Task
 Environment: n/a
    Reporter: Ian Springer
    Priority: Trivial
 Attachments: cvsignore.patch

This has two advantages:

o eliminates possiblity of someone accidentally checking in their personal build.properties
o gets rid of the annoying "unknown" icon on build.properties in one's CVS client
