[jira] [Created] (INFRA-5027) Apache feather no longer appears next to attachments which have been marked as "granted to apache"

Karl Wright created INFRA-5027:
----------------------------------

Summary: Apache feather no longer appears next to attachments which have been marked as "granted to apache"
                 Key: INFRA-5027
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5027
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: JIRA
            Reporter: Karl Wright

The Apache Feather no longer appears next to attachments that have been granted for Apache inclusion in Jira. This makes it impossible to figure out if a patch can safely be applied to Apache source code.

<Uli-> when displaying an issue with attachments, click the downward-pointing arrow next to the plus sign in the attachments section of the issue (see for example https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TST-7). A quick google query or a look into the jira documentation would have told you that.

<Uli-> we know. and it won't come back because atlassian closed the route we took for displaying it. it's still there on the manage attachments page.
