I have added my draft proposal for the Gora- Hazelcast module. please be kind enough to look at it and provide me any suggestion to improve this. 

Since, I have understood the requirement well, I am in a position to draw the design documents as well. But, I didn't included it in this draft. Do we need to include it in the proposal. Please let me know, if it's needed.
