streamy 'svn status'

A big kudos to cmpilato... I built trunk HEAD this morning, and I
can't believe how nice the streamy 'svn status' is!  Just try running
'svn st -v' in your svn working copy.  It's wonderful.  

Mike, you've significantly improved svn's perceived performance,
which, in my book, is exactly the same as real performance.  :-)
