Build Wicket 1.4.10 soon?

Does everyone have everything they want in for 1.4.10?  I think we should
push a release soon if we're all happy with it.

I personally am not very enthusiastic about this patch. 

Although it is meant to enforce good practice, exceptions might arise,
and I think it isn't really worth it.

  I think this would be a good one to get in the release.  I'm on-site at a
client's teaching a training this week, but I'll see what I can do.  Igor
also mentioned maybe building tonight - perhaps he could drop your patch in
since he wrote that code and is most familiar with it.
