[Bug 6004] New: Track and Factor-in legitimacy of Abuse address

https://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=6004

Summary: Track and Factor-in legitimacy of Abuse address
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: 3.2.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: glen_stewart@associate.com

I use whois.abuse.net to send a complaint to the admins of domains I get spam
from, when it passes SpamAssassin. Of course, I also use the -r reporting
switch on SpamAssassin too.

Often times, the abuse address fails to be legitimate - and some domains send a
LOT of spam with no functional abuse address to contact. It is this problem
that I believe should impact the Spamassassin score - whether the abuse contact
is functional.

Domains with non-functional abuse contacts should get some fractional point
added to the spam score.
