   The previous reference is dubbo-servicecomb, which initializes ServiceCenterDiscovery when receiving MicroserviceRegistrationEvent, but now it is temporarily changed to initialize ServiceCenterDiscovery when receiving MicroserviceInstanceRegisteredEvent to avoid the problem
