> As with SLING-7155 the goal optionally generates Java sources and you might be interested to even compile those to Java class files (see JCRVLT-237) it is reasonable to execute the goal by default in another lifecycle phase. According to https://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-the-lifecycle.html#Lifecycle_Reference the phase {{generate-sources}} should be used instead of {{compile}}.
