Change report and its columns

Hi All:

What is the best way to add columns to the change report (for example
https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/changes-report.html)?

I'd like to add a columns for:
- "JRE Version" (for example "8")
- "Javadoc" (for example, the text "Javadoc" with a URL)

I do not see allowances for custom columns in
https://maven.apache.org/xsd/changes-1.0.0.xsd

Would the above two columns be accepted by the team as generally useful new
optional columns?

Gary

I omitted to clarify that this is only for the "Release History" section.
