[D] Nodes are down but not getting up automatically [hertzbeat]

GitHub user kim2yung created a discussion: Nodes are down but not getting up automatically

When ever we add any device let suppose it is down then in Monitoring are it will show down, but when the device is up for real then also it displays down it does not display "up" automatically until I edit and add again. why?
