Can you please attach an XSL-FO FIle and fop.xconf (for font configuration) that replicates the issue. Can you tell which language that is, because we don't support diacritics for every language, see: [https://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/trunk/complexscripts.html#supported_scripts]
