Comparison between window as is and possible change
Hi,
this a request to solve a problem that affects function description and
parameters, at least in Portuguese-Pt.
There are many functions for which the description shows cropped, even with the
side bar fully sized.
Maybe, instead of a fixed description at the bottom of the sidebar, could be
used a popup on mouse over a function name. Something like what happens with
menu buttons.
Please ignore the image's faked colours, they are just to bring up attention.

Yes, this issue should be interpreted as an enhancement, a feature request,
thank you. My poor wording.
Yes, it can be resized but it's not intuitive. At least not for me, but I'm not
a good example. The same list of parameters shows in the formula line, I also
know that, but doesn't bring as much attention, I think.
It's just an idea.
