[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache NetBeans 12.6.0 VSCode extension

Dear community,

The vote for Apache NetBeans 12.6.0 VSCode extension (VSIX) is closed with a result of:
- 4 +1 (binding) votes E. Barboni, J.Tulach, S.Dedic, D.Balek
- 1 +1 M.Balin

This means we can proceed with release of artifact to VSCode Marketplace. It was already made available on https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/netbeans/netbeans-vscode-ext/12.6.0/
