[jira] [Commented] (SOLR-5189) Solr 4.x Web UI Log Viewer does not display 'date' column from logs

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-5189?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13751033#comment-13751033 ]

Stefan Matheis (steffkes) commented on SOLR-5189:
-------------------------------------------------

perhaps that's another one out of the "not obvious" things .. if you mouse-over, you see the full in a tooltip ;o don't remember if there was a reason for doing it like this - instead of showing the full date .. should be a quick thing to change :)

> In Solr 4.3.1 (possibly greater) there is no 'date' column in the Log viewer in the Web UI.
> This means the user is unable to determine what day a log line occurred on without looking at the real logs, making the tool less useful for troubleshooting.
