FOP - PDF and images

I am trying Fop-0.18.1-DEV

I have problems with pdf and image creation.
All the examples work except image.fo->image.pdf

I have tryed those examples under UNIX Solaris2.6 and Windows95

Both give this error :
      [fop] Error while creating area : Error while recovering Image
Informations (file:/graphics/listgeometry.gif) :
/graphics/listgeometry.gif

and this picture do exist in this folder.
