[Issue 128302] New: Insert graphic from file - glitch

https://bz.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=128302

          Issue ID: 128302
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Insert graphic from file - glitch
           Product: Writer
           Version: 4.1.7
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Minor
          Priority: P5 (lowest)
         Component: ui
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org

test file

I have attached small, one-page test file in ODT format.
At the top part of page you will see three elements:
Formula, Frame and Chart. At and the bottom - Picture.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open test file in Writer
If toolbar "Insert" is not visible, choose:
   View > Toolbars > Insert

2. none of above mentioned objects shall be selected,
so icons on Insert toolbar are in normal state

3. select Formula (or Frame or Chart)
on Insert toolbar all icons but "From File" are grayed out

4. click icon "From File" and choose any graphic file
   Nothing happens.

On the other hand if you select Picture (bottom part of the page)
and choose any graphic file, then - as expected - it will replace
original picture.

I assume that in case of formula, frame and chart - when selected -
icon "From File" on Insert toolbar should be grayed out (unavailable).
