[ANNOUNCE] New Committer: Jayesh Senjaliya

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Eagle
has invited Jayesh Senjaliya to become a committer and PMC,
and we are pleased to announce that he has accepted.

Jayesh Senjaliya has been active in Eagle community for long time
in ways of actively communicating and coding. He shows great passion
in Apache Eagle project and consistently contributes to Eagle project
in last one year by replying questions from community timely, fixing bugs,
enhancing features. He is also starting to improve Eagle usability to
have Eagle use cases onboarding easily.

Being a committer enables easier contribution to the
project since there is no need to go via the patch
submission process. This should enable better productivity.
