Getting exceptions during remote testing
Hi:
I using mutliple instances of Jmeter and doing a Remote Test on my database
server. I have 3 questions about this:
1. Will the Thread Group configuration in my Jmeter Client be applciable to
the Jmeter servers as well? For eg., I have the thread Group of the client
configured to run 30 threads, and am running to instances of Jmeter server
on the same subnet. So, does this mean that each Jmeter server will be
running 30 threads? So, 60 threads in total.
2. I have my CSV file stored in the Client machine but not on the Jmeter
server m/c. Is this required? Do I have to place a copy of the file in all
the machines running Jmeter instances?
3. I tried to run one instance of Jmeter and it worked fine. Now I have
added two more instances of Jmeter and they are on different m/c but on the
same subnet. So, I have a client and 2 JmeterEngines. I have configured the
client and servers to run the remote test. But when start the test, I get
100% error. And the jmeter.log on the servers show the following IO
exception
