I agree with Owen it is reasonable to have training and tutorial videos on the front page. 

but after watching a training video, I would expect to know how to use the application I was just trained on. this video does not meet that expectation.

I suspect calling this video a "Training" video is just a unfortunate choice of words and not some attempt at getting better google search results. 

regardless, it comes off more like a presentation on Hadoop, yes this is just semantics to some degree. 

but I wonder if the actual content is something worthy of being on the front page vs a video showing how to use Hadoop (like a screencast or something you typically see).
