   Tested against `us-west-2` with:
   
   `mvn -Dparallel-tests -DtestsThreadCount=8 -Dscale clean verify`
   
   and
   
   `mvn -Dparallel-tests -DtestsThreadCount=8 -Dprefetch -Dscale clean verify`
