Disabling VNC shrink/expand to fit

Hi everyone!

Anyone know if there is a way to disable the shrink/expand to fit feature
for VNC connections? I'd like to view the original resolution in order to
avoid blurriness. I was able to find a relevant JIRA issue
<https://glyptodon.org/jira/browse/GUAC-853> but I can't tell whether it's
still planned for a future release.
