[ANNOUNCE]: JAXP FAQ

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know that I just published my first version of
a JAXP FAQ.  You can get to it via a link on my Apache home page or
directly via:

http://www.apache.org/~edwingo/jaxp-faq.html

Hopefully, in the future you will be able to just type "jaxp faq" in
google to get to it.
