[jira] Created: (QPID-752) autoconf should check for help2man
autoconf should check for help2man
----------------------------------
Key: QPID-752
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-752
Project: Qpid
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: C++ Broker
Affects Versions: M2
Reporter: Robert Greig
Priority: Minor
Fix For: M3
>From Ed Hill (via qpid-dev mailing list):
I recently learned about QPID and am excited about the prospect of a
native C++ lib that can "do JMS" and more. Very cool!
In any case, I pulled the latest from SVN and, inside "cpp", ran:
./bootstrap
./configure --prefix=/tmp/qpid_test
make
but the build failed since I didn't have help2man installed.
The build should check for help2man.
