Hi,

please convert the current usage of sun.misc.BASE64Encoder in SplashTask to
an official available implementation. This prevents compilation and
usage (at least with password enabled proxy) of this Task on free java
runtimes.

One possibility would be to use the existing commons.codec package which
has an implementation and specify this as an dependency for the splash
task.
