[Bug 118984] application almost freeze after insert a .svg picture which is 400K

ALG: Checked. Load time is 1-2 seconds, parsing to primitives is 1-2 seconds,
rest is painting. Thus, paint needs to be improved. Also checked with Firefox,
pretty fast. Checked with inkscape, pretty slow and not even showing everything
correctly...
